Poor Ozzie has had a significant fever (103) for the last couple of days, so I took him to an urgent care, where they tested him for Influenza and Strep, both of which were possibilities. My money was on Influenza and I was correct. He tested positive for Influenza A. He has been largely isolated in his bedroom, but I’m sure all of us are exposed.

I’m starting a course of antivirals, assuming that it might save me from getting it or, if I do get it, it won’t be that bad. I unfortunately never got around to getting the flu vaccine this year.
