Our sweet Cassidy turned 6 today. She got to be boss of the family. She had chocolate ice cream for breakfast, sushi for dinner and Blue Star donuts for dessert with 7 candles - one for good luck because we all need all the luck we can get in life. I am so proud of the assertive young woman she is. She’s funny, kind and did I mention assertive? We celebrated her all day and all I could think, besides how much I love her, is where does the time go? I remember her coming into this world so vividly. It really does feel like last week. You are my sunshine. Happy birthday, Cassidy.
